NEW A2L REFRIGERANT STANDARDS
Due to the 2025 EPA mandate, no new r410a refrigerant equipment is permitted to be produced. Fortunately, Noosh's Home Services still has access to these r410a systems through our local distributor while supplies last.
The only difference between r454b or r 32and r410a systems is the added sensors for the evaporator coils and the lowered carbon footprint, per EPA standards. Otherwise, both equipment types operate:
- with similar pressures
- using the same motors and coils
- have the same efficiency ratings (SEER2)
